Due to the unique and personalized nature of our creations, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and clarity for our valued customers.

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Garments

All Label Himani pieces are individually handcrafted based on the customer’s selected size, style, and customization details. Since these garments are made specially for you and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for made-to-order or custom-designed items under normal circumstances. We kindly ask you to double-check all details including size, measurements, and design preferences before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we maintain a strict quality-check process, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or differs from your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.   • Clear photographs showing the damage or discrepancy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Since every piece is crafted exclusively for you, we begin production soon after the order is received. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, and the full amount will be non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

As all garments are tailor-made to individual specifications, we currently do not offer exchanges. We highly recommend referring to our detailed size guide or reaching out to our team for assistance before confirming your size and fit.
