Let’s measure correctly.

1. Measure the Chest

Start by measuring the garment from armpit to armpit on one side. Double this measurement to get the chest size. For instance, in the diagram above, the ‘Armpit to Armpit’ measurement is 19 inches. So, the chest size would be 19 x 2 = 38 inches.

2. Measure the Waist and Hips

Follow the same method for the waist and hips. The waist is typically located one inch above the navel, while the hip is the widest section below the waist. In the example, the waist measures 17.5 x 2 = 35 inches, and the hips measure 20 x 2 = 40 inches.

3. Additional Tips
